We can assist you to make decisions about the right equipment for you and tell you how much it should cost.  We keep up to date information on equipment from local and national suppliers and have an Information Helpline which is open Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. (01993 899985)

Our qualified Occupational Therapists (OTs) can assess your needs and demonstrate a range of equipment and Telecare products for daily living and mobility displayed in a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room.

We provide information booklets known as Wise Buy Guides to enable you to make informed choices when buying equipment.

Please telephone, email or write to us to make an appointment for an assessment at the Centre from Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 4.00 pm.

You can drop into the Centre to pick up information and be shown equipment but some items of equipment can only be tried when an Occupational Therapist is available.  To avoid disappointment, it is, therefore, strongly recommended that you book an appointment before visiting.  

We are unable to make home visits.  You can contact Oxfordshire Community and Social Care Access Team on 0845 050 7666 who can arrange for home visits.  They can also provide you with information about their equipment service which allows you to assess yourself for certain items of equipment.  Please see www.oxfordshire.gov.uk/otequipment.

There is plenty of parking in a large car park but you will need to follow the directions carefully as we are not that easy to find.
