Lounge

The Centre has a showroom, which includes a lounge area. 
Equipment in the lounge area, includes a range of chairs (high backed and riser-recliners), a working model of a stair lift and a range of Telecare equipment which includes a working model of a pendant alarm system.

You can drop into the Centre to pick up information and be shown equipment but some items of equipment can only be tried when an Occupational Therapist is available.  To avoid disappointment, it is, therefore, strongly recommended that you book an appointment before visiting.

  • The Centre is impartial and does not sell equipment but is an opportunity for you to "try before you buy" equipment.
  • The Centre can also provide information on local and national retailers and "Wise Buy Guides"  which provide question to ask before parting with your money.
