The Centre can assist you to find specific products.  We keep up to date information on equipment from local and national suppliers and have an Information Helpline which is open Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. (01993 899985).
The Centre has a showroom with equipment on display in each area.  To find out more about the equipment displayed in each area, please click on the appropriate room:  kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bathroom.  We also have some mobility products.

If you have a long-term illness or you are disabled, you do not have to pay VAT on certain goods and services that you buy or bring into the UK.  Certain building work that you have done can also be free of VAT.  In general, the equipment, services and building work covered by this scheme are things that are of practical help to you because of your illness or disability.  Futher information can be found on the following web-sites:  Direct Gov web-site or HM Revenue and Customs.
